Why the ticket scheme?
With "Save your ticket, enjoy later", the Dutch cultural and sports industry hopes that ticket buyers visit their favorite venue or event later. This helps to absorb the economic impact of measures related to the corona virus in the cultural sector. This means efforts can continue for new events in the future. This not only helps the organizers, artists and stages, but also all the people behind the scenes who make the events possible, such as set builders, technicians, suppliers, creatives and other employees and self-employed people in the cultural and sports sector.

How does the ticket scheme work for a moved concert or festival?
If your concert or festival is moved within 13 months of the original date, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot make the replacement date, you will receive a refund of your purchase amount (including service costs). Ticket buyers will receive an email about this, and you can get your money back in the form of a voucher, a digital credit. You will also be given the opportunity to request a refund. TivoliVredenburg also offers the possibility to donate (part of) your purchase amount, this amount will then go entirely to the artist(s)/musicians or orchestra for whom you have bought a ticket.

How does the ticket scheme work for canceled concert or festival?
Unfortunately, if a concert or festival could not be moved to a new date and had to be canceled, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount (including service costs). Ticket buyers will receive an email about this, and you can get your money back in the form of a voucher, a digital credit. You will also be given the opportunity to request a refund. TivoliVredenburg also offers the possibility to donate (part of) your purchase amount, this amount will then go entirely to the artist(s)/musicians or orchestra for whom you have bought a ticket.

How do I receive / use my voucher
Your voucher will be placed in the TivoliVredenburg account, which is linked to the email address you were emailed to. As soon as your voucher is ready, you will receive an email with a small manual. Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

How long will my voucher be valid?
You can use the voucher credit up to 14 months after issue (you will receive an email when the issue takes place) to buy a ticket for another TivoliVredenburg concert or festival.

I have chosen to request a refund; how long will it take to be refunded?
As you can imagine, the corona crisis has a huge impact on our organization. We are working hard to process everything properly. We strive that when you request a refund for a canceled event, you will be refunded no later than 3 months after the date of the canceled event. If your concert or festival has been moved and you have indicated that you want your money back, because you are unable to attend the new date of the concert, your money will be refunded no later than 1 month after the new date of the concert.

Can I make a donation?
Even gladly! Ticket buyers will be given the option by e-mail to donate (part of) their purchase amount, this amount will then go entirely to the artist (s)/musicians for whom a ticket was purchased.

What happens to my money when I donate it?
TivoliVredenburg also offers ticket buyers the possibility to donate (part of) the purchase amount by e-mail, this amount will then go entirely to the artist (s)/musicians for whom a ticket was purchased.

I have bought a ticket for several concerts; how does it work?
You will receive an email per concert with the various options listed. It may be that there is some time in between, we do our best to inform everyone as soon as possible.

I bought tickets for a concert at TivoliVredenburg through Ticketmaster, what should I do?
TivoliVredenburg has agreed with Ticketmaster that they inform their ticket buyers and that is why it is best to contact Ticketmaster.

I bought tickets for a concert in TivoliVredenburg through Eventim, what should I do? TivoliVredenburg has agreed with Eventim that they will inform their ticket buyers and that is why it is best to contact Eventim.(dutch only)

I bought tickets for a concert at TivoliVredenburg through TicketSwap, what should I do?TicketSwap is informed by TivoliVredenburg of what has been communicated to the ticket buyers of our various concerts and festivals. TicketSwap will further inform their customers about this. So please contact TicketSwap.

I have bought tickets at the box office or I had my data anonymized at TivoliVredenburg and bought tickets for concerts that are canceled, what should I do?
You must contact TivoliVredenburg about the ticket scheme yourself, as TivoliVredenburg has no possibility to contact you about this.
